The data controller is Dominik Dubský (Dubsky Design), based in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.

From the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally phone number, company name, and the content of your message.

From the newsletter: your email address.

Technical data necessary for the operation and security of the website, such as the IP address of the form submission (used to protect against abuse).

I use form data solely to reply to your inquiry and arrange potential collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

I use the newsletter email to send news and tips. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

I keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and for the duration of any collaboration, or up to three years from the last contact.

I keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.

To deliver form messages and run the website I use trusted external service providers (notably email infrastructure and hosting). These processors only access data to the extent necessary to provide their service.

I never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability.

You can exercise your rights or withdraw consent by emailing hello@dubskydesign.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority.
